What kind of documents have people used to prove that they have lived legally in the UK in the last 5 years? And is it for the whole of 5 years, or ...

Congratulations!!
Did you do anything special (i.e. escalate or write to MP or go to solicitor etc.)?
Thanks just the UKVI contact centre and once to MP. I didn't use a solicitor.

Re: ILR 10 years super priority service

delux_king I received my decision a few hours ago. Someone from HO called and said decision is made and will be sent by post. My right to work status is changed to 'there is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK' so I'm guessing it's good news. Hope you get yours soon!

Re: ILR 10 years super priority service

@delux_king Sorry to hear this is very frustrating they should not have advertised such service to be 24 hours because it sets the expectation. This is clearly not fit for purpose for application such as SET(LR) where verification checks potentially involve 10 years of history, taking into account ...

Re: Super priority services delay

Contact number for UKVI is 0300 123 2241.

Let us know how it went and no, my application is straight forward also. Never had any refusals and always applied in-time. All visas were on point-based so no dependent etc involved.

I’m on the same boat! What is your immigration history like? Is it complex? I enrolled my biometric Monday at 0930 at premium lounge, almost 4 working days ago now and still nothing. UKVI just said caseworker can have 5 days to revert but I keep changing my Right to work status, nothing has changed. ...

Many thanks.

The BRP number will be different for the new BRP but once home office has granted ILR to you, they'll update the status for your existing BRP as well. So you can check your status using current valid BRP.
Ohh I see very good to know. Thanks again.
