Main applicant on ILR and dependants on Tier 2 visa

Hello. I and my dependants are holding Tier 2 visa completing 5 years in July 2019. Can I apply alone to get ILR first and later my dependants? We still have visa till August 2020.

ILR on humanitarian grounds

We got definite stay for 27 months. We need to get this 4 times to complete our 10 years stay. Do we get the UK passport straight away or will have to take ILR first.

There are 2 ways of allocating a COS. 1. Normal with no fee. It takes upto 18 weeks to get activation. If paid £200 the home office activates it in 5 working days. Make sure sometimes they call employer CEO and ask few questions or email employer to provide details of employee
