One of mine signed a month before the other did and the application was send off. I had no issues.

I applied for BC through RM post and applied for my passport through RM post after BC was granted.

I sent my passport application on Thursday the 26th of October and I had it in my hands on Friday the 3rd of November. I didn't have an interview.
