For those with similar query/doubt.

We provided only letter of comparability from UK NARIC and letter from UNIVERSITY stating her medium of instruction is English.

ILR was approved without any questions asked.

Thank you for the replies ,the only concern I had was about her not being in UK same time last year when we apply for the ILR on December 6th 2017.

I hope that should not be a problem from what I understand.

Sorry ,I did not understand the question. She came to UK as Tier 1 Dependent on 12 -Nov - 2012 and she is eligible for ILR on 12/13-Nov-2017. I thought I could get an premium service appointment before December 6th.But the appointments are available only on Dec6th onwards when I checked. Do you see ...
