Thank you vinny for your reply, Do I have to prove adequate maintenance and accommodation for her ILE application? Apart from my daughter (the applicant) my wife and other kids are all British Citizens.

Can someone please give me some guidance re sole parental responsibility please? Is court order enough to prove sole responsibility?
