I was just told by a friend xxxxxxxxx that EU-related application increased by 750% so the Home Office were prioritising cases submitted by EU citizens (those who are applying for PR/registration card etc.). So this is why we non-EU applicants have been experiencing major delays.
When calculating working days, we begin with the day I submitted the application online, or the day the documents arrived in the embassy, or the day they send the non-straight forward Email? Any idea?
