Apologies - she has had just under 5 years of spouse visa to date.
The level achieved was that required for a spouse visa at the time in 2012 - she got c.97% in the test.
The irony of it is that she's a native english speaker from South Africa - can;t speak any other languages!

Hello all, Starting the painful and expensive process of ILR for my wife :D Have been reading the guidance notes and am confused by the requirements for English language tests.
