I need certificate of judicial decesion that we are living from past 3 years on the basis of past 3 years proof of living with EU citizen.
Is it possible in Ireland? What is the process and how long it can take?

Thank GOD so much that we finally got someone's application approved.. Many many congrats im so happy for you that at least someone got the visa .. You case was as an unmarried couple. Right? Hi, yeh if someone's review is refused then he/she has an option to either go to court or submit a fresh application... And my solicitor said that the maximum time for a review is around 10 months.... I have been waiting since 27 july 2017.... Its been 7.5 months..... Hii saad , got 5 years ...

When i applied myself unmarried partner the department treated me very badly and refused my application without temporary stamp. After that I was totally out of mind with department behaviour. Then I engaged with a lawyer and lawyer said they should give you visa and it will take 6 months. But ...

Finally got the 5 years visa as permitted family member

Guys finally after 6 months of review got 5 years approval as permitted family member. One advice for you guys submit application through solicitor always. That will be more wisest decision for you. Because when I applied myself they refused even temporary permission.

Yeah i submitted my review in july 2017... My solicitor is in Limerick and he said we can't do anything but wait and hope for the best. Saad department refuse someone case then he have to go for court of appeal or he can apply fresh application with new evidence???? Your case partner or brother ...

And they can refuse your first application whatever is strong or weak application. If they refuse then there is no option for fresh application if you think you made mistake. Then you have to go through review which is worse in Ireland at least 1 year they will rip off your private life. After that ...
