Thank you for your reply. He has a refugee travel document, which I believe is an acceptable document to travel to uk with (with a visa). But it expires in 18 months, so if he did get the spouse visa now, when it’s time to reapply in 2.5 years where would he put the new visa? I’m so confused :roll:
