I have read on a thread of last year (https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/need-help-regarding-ilr-t248499.html#p1592833 ) that one "can apply for ILR as time spent as Tier 1E migrant counts towards ILR under Tier 2 General". Is the converse also true, i.e. does time ...

Should the online application be made through the Access UK service or through the Visa4UK service? The page linked by https://www.gov.uk/family-permit/apply, i.e. https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa, doesn't mention the EEA Family Permit at all.
