That should be fine. Is that your first time you apply for ROR? What other documents you sent?

I only sent last 8 months of the divorce plus 2 weeks after divorce. This is what you need to show when applying for ROR.
If you wanna apply for PR then you need her 5 regular working years. Hope this helps

The thing is that i was suspended from work end of December because my visa expired then but divorce came later so my last payslip was end ...

No mine doesn’t say that. I am allowed to work until they decide my application.
