For Tier 2 general priority visa, my employer is recommended me to apply through Visa4uk website. But many people suggested to go with access uk as this website is much simpler and less comprehensive. Any suggestion on this ?

can you have more detail about your PG degree?

My degree is at the same level as masters or pg diploma i.e level 7 .

My employer did confirm with the immigration team. They’re bit uncertain and want me to assess my bachelors degree with UK naric for the safe side.

Yes, I gather that the legal team are doing "forensic analysis" of which CoS to allocate to whom. I think it is waiting for us now.

Hey everyone, Just got much RCoS granted. Non SOL, non PHD, non NHS. 3rd attempt. It is a graduate scheme (graduated from a UK uni last year, but had to apply for RCoS instead of UCoS due to my student visa expiring last September) and my base salary is £36500. I think we should just wait a day more to get a clear picture.

This same thing happened last month when someone posted approvals with points 50 & 55. 45 band are still yet to receive there approval’s. So just hope it drops till 40 atleast.
