Cool off is calculated from the end of the ict visa or from the start of the ict visa last issued ?

After getting dependent visa can I apply for tier 2 general visa ?

While I’m holding ict Tier 2 visa can I apply for tier 2 ictdependent visa ? Will my dependent visa override my previous visa ?
