Hi Am a British citizen through 5 year work visa route. My wife and son have been on PBS dependents. My son was born outside UK. My wife is eligible for her ILR now. Should I apply ILR set(M) for my wife and son(3yrs) at a same time?? Or can I apply ILR for my wife first and then apply citizenship ...

What if the person applying for ILR Set (M) couldn't meet the financial personally, for ex if the person is unemployed or working part time. Can the partner(British citizen) sponsor or show finance to support the applicant??

Thanks Vinny, by entry clearance you mean the same visa as mother's?
And Mother will be the Main applicant for the Child's application?
