The last question as I have in country right of appeal on FLR(fp) do you think it will ignore my previous status and help on pending ILR application thanks

Sorry my student visa was expired on august 2016 then i applied EEA and it was refused on January 2017.
Within 14 days i applied flr (fp).

I apply EEA application before one month of student visa expire therfore i was legal all my previous visa

It was unmarried EEA partner and this application was refused first time and within 14 days i applied flr(fp) .

I was on student visa from 2007 till 2015. On 2016 i applied EEA resident card .this was refused 2017 January and then I applied FLR(fp) and vary it to ILR on 4 November 2017 and I done my biomatric on December 2017.On March home office refused my FLR(fp) with inside country right of appeal.
