Update: I received my child’s visa this week. Thanks again for all your help.

I filled Appendix 1. Just don’t forget TB certificate.

Hi CR001, thank you very much for your guidance. Very much appreciated "Had the child been born in the UK, the child would have been British automatically and you would have avoided the big visa costs." I am aware but it was a conscious decision to have the baby delivered there :) Thanks again

What VISA are you on currently ? assuming Tier 2 General If that is the case you need to be employed with the same employer that sponsored you the visa. For your application you will need a letter from that employer that you are required for the job for the foreseeable future. If you switch jobs ...
