I submitted my FLR DL form for ILR. I already had a BRP card which I submitted with my form.

The question that I have is [do i need to go for ANOTHER BRP scanning etc?]

When where you granted your initial DLR in 2012? Yes you would use form SET(O) If you cannot afford the ILR fees maybe a further extension of DLR with the fee waiver may be applicable to you and your circumstances.
