Just a final quick update. I decided to visit VFS to see if my passport was ready and it was. They never emailed me or notified me about it. Another friend of mine did the same and got his passport too. So I think if the ukvi tells you a decision has been made and you havent opted for the courier ...

Today 16th day for me. I went to chennai vfs center..they didn't tell any concrete answer. .very bad..all of our plan got collapsed..waste vfs. Whenever we called them they simply told and sent back vfs center...got irritated
