Will the BRP be ready before expiry of the vignette, if I travel towards the end of the vignette? I am not aware whether there is any relation between actual UK travel date and BRP processing, so this question.

What 15 working days? Decision is normally made within 8 weeks as per Home Office advises. My visa is not yet approved, and it is past the start date mentioned on the RCoS. Is there any issue with that? You can download it if you want. However, VFS takes care of that. They charge INR 250 for document scanning assistance, and this service is included in that.

It was the same for me in Bangalore, India. They didnt take the application form. Checklist along with other documents were scanned with the barcode separators. I checked with my consultant, he told it is ok, as the ECO can access the application easily. Further sign was only needed on checklist ...

Out of UK travel restrictions on Tier 2 (General visa)

Is there any restrictions on out of UK travel in Tier 2 (General) visa? For e.g, if I get the visa in June, then can I travel outside UK in the coming months ( within 2-3 months)? If yes, then is there is a restriction on the number of travel days? Thanks for any help on this.

My partner got approved last month at 50 points, but due to some technical issue hospital couldn't issue RCOS. They said they ll re apply and of that rejected previous approval will be still valid... haven't heard anything... but just quick one looking at the scenario 50points will get rejected ...
