I have actually just seen this on the FLR (M) application form Section 12 – Passport, Travel Document or National Identity Card It is mandatory to complete this section. FLR (M) Application with Expired Passport

My Husband is American and I am UK citizen and he is currently on a Spouse Visa which expires soon. We will be looking to renew the visa in the next month but his passport has expired although the BRP is still valid. Will this be accepted? We have all the other documents in order.
