Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen in the UK currently with a Tier 5 Creative + Sporting visa, my boyfriend who I have lived with 2+ years is an Irish citizen (Republic) I'm looking to switch to the FLR(M) visa. Does he need to apply for a permanent residence card in advance in order to sponsor me, or ...
