My wife got spousal visa on 25 July and travelled on 15 sept. When will her 5 year start from?

If it's 25 July then technically we can apply 25 days before this which is 1 July. Pls confirm

Hi there, my wife got spouse visa on 25 July but she only travelled from Pak to the UK on 15 Sept. will 5 year period be counted from 25 July or 15 Sept?

Assuming it's 25 July, can I file my 20-25 days before this.
