visa exact start date is :- 19.09.2013 valid till 29.04.2016
then i had her extension done in 13.04.2016 as pbs dependent which is the current one expiring on 13.04.2019

she came to uk :- 22.10.2013

oct 2013 . she is on pbs dependent leave to remain.

its on 5 year basis.

and please let me know about the maintenance fund as well
