The main applicant got ILR last December and mine is due in March. Am I going to apply as dependant of settled applicant or dependant of tier 2 general main applicant?.

I entered the UK less than 180 days after the issuance of my first visa and I have been in the UK since. Also my wife will apply for her ILR in December 2018.

My initial visa started on 1st of April 2014 before it was extended to 14th March 2019 as my wife switched employer but still on tier 2 general. This means I have less than 28 days to reach 5 year and I assume there won't be any need to extend my visa or what do you think?. Also how soon can I start ...
