The adopted children are biological children of me now, birth certificates etc all changed. They are not known as adopted anymore. Thank you for advise but looking at bringing 3 dependents not adopted children.

They are not adopted children now, that part is not applicable now.

2 of the children were adopted but that has been changed to im the mother of them all now. In doing the flr m form I don't add dependants on it, as that's only in the UK right? Also any supporting documents for the sole responsibility of the children go on appendix FM afterwards?

Adding dependants on spouse visa

Hi, I'm looking to bring my 3 children to the UK at the same time as my application to extend my spouse visa. Can anyone advise on what form I should use? I have sole responsibility of the children. Is it right this has to be done in my home country of Ghana?

Spouse visa non eu 2.5

Hello, can someone please advise on what extra information is required to do the 2nd visa from 2.5 to 5 years on 5 year route. I will be adding 3 children, 2 of those are adopted.

Refused spouse visa

Hello my wife spouse visa was rejected as failed the English language requirement. She only submitted her degrees without getting them supported by UK nari. If we get an English language certificate do we resend the same information with new payslips and bank statements on new application? Thank you

Ok thanks and 1 more question please I have been with my employer for many years My 2015/2016 p60 was £20,000 As I said, my previous 2 p60s were less than half this amount. Is it worth showing these and just show some of my company doctor letters etc showing I reduced my hours and was on sick pay ...

Ok so on question 3.11 what is sponsors annual income from this employment before tax? I should write the total of my basic pay plus overtime last 6 months x 2? Which is 16,313 plus 3,000 = 19,313 But I'm starting shifts next week and won't have any payslips showing that evidence, but should I add ...
