Hi all. I have a 6 year old and I want to apply for naturalisation. We didn’t have 5 years at the moment he was born, but I’ve (mother) just become a british citizen by naturalisation. My question is in regards to section 3 from the MN1 form... do i apply as an EEA exercising treaty rights ? Do i nee ...

The reason i am asking is because a friend of mine has ILR;not PR, although she is eea national, some years ago they gave irl for settled status. They asked her for comprehensive sickness insurance when applying for naturalisation for the period when she was a student(not long ago).
