Hi All, I am looking for some guidance related to refugee status transfer to UK. My husband has a travel document issued in Italy but he lives and works here in the UK. I think they have 10 days for response (it seems like HO have 10 days for all responses regardless the issue) however we got the message from them exactly the same date when we sent the email to MP - I dont think it's was coincidence - did you do it? Based on the Tracking number, Royal Mail ...

Yes, today we received the email from complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk - try to contact them, at least we have a timelines now, first delivery attempt was 11 of July :idea: :idea: :idea: still trying to solve it..

Hi all. I received my BRP in June with all the supporting documents in a separate post. But it's been 9 weeks I haven't received my passport yet. I emailed sent letters but there is no reply whatsoever. https://www.gov.uk/visa-documents-returned tried this link as well. Any suggestions plz Any Luck ...

He have dependent ink stamp from the border which works like Family Permit since I am from EU.

There is no restrictions? Surely, he will lose his refugee status, but theoretically, if he is able to get Pakistani passport then we need to simply reapply for Residence Card and that’s all? It looks to simple to be truth.

Thanks for your response, yes, we applied for Residence Card for him. The main question is how/where to claim next travel documen/passport/ ID? after his Italian document expire he does not have any other proof of identity.
