Actually i was waiting for the visa since 2013 and its now really difficult for me to wait any further. Can anybody help in regards to what will be the next steps shall i take to get the answer from them?

Thanks for the reply MarcNath but there was a gap of over a year and a half and then i came back in september 2009 with my family. So my 10 years will be completed in 2019 that way.
