Yes, we've been living together for 15 months. Her Tier 4 visa expires on the 20th October. How quickly can it be refused? And will this "frivolous and vexatious" application not have any negative consequences for us? We haven't been living together for 24 months so we can't use the EEA route.

I have permanent residency in the UK. So we will be applying under the British law. Sorry forgot to mention that.
