If the AR is successfull ,solicitor said u can join january session . But i didnot get any update

Hi i got refusal 6th sep 18 on the base of not a genuine student . I have submitted AR on 18 sep 18 . I got email from AR depertment on 1 oct 18 , we have received your request and transfer to relevent team . But after confirmation email i didnot get any mail or result from them .. its morethan 28 ...
