Children registration for citizenship charges case

Good evening everyone, I recall seeing an article a while ago about the home office being taken to court for unfairly high charges for child registration for citizenship. The court found this unlawful. Any changes we can expect to be applied to the charges anytime soon? Just waiting in the in the ...

Re: Settled status processing times

Could be caused by Christmas and new year holidays !!! I'm still quite unimpressed. While they say the normal processing time is under 5 days, reality is over 10 times that, about 60 days it seems. I'm guessing when the UK is finally 100% out, moving to the UK for work will be quite unappealing for ...

Re: Confusion PR- Eu settlement scheme

Thanks very much for the prompt response! I would really feel a lot better if i did the settled status quickly to be honest! But by doing it i will still have my PR certificate that i can use at the mn1 application of my child. This PR would be still fit for purpose when i become settled, right?

Hi there, my question is can my child travel once mn1 application submitted? My understanding is: We do the online application, upon paying you can book an appointment to biometric data at UKVCAS where they also copy your passport and you get it back straight away. Re: Form T - Referee requirements

I have not submitted Fitm T application, I am looking indo taking another route now. I had simple letter written ...

Re: Form T - Referee requirements

I have looked into this myself, but have not submittted application. I believe that letter provided by nursery and school confirming that your child was a pupil and had a good attendance should satisfy the HO. It is actually hard to prove the first years of life, when they were at home with you and ...

Good evening, I have started to fill in Form T for my child, who was born in the UK and has lived here for more than 10 years. They ask to state how many times he left the country in 10 years, I am struggling to find all the correct dates, especially for the first couple of years. He has never been ...
