You need to meet the employment and income requirement at the time of application. Most jobs in the UK are with a probationary period of 3-6 months. Sorry, I should have been clear. I meant to ask if you know of the Immigration Related rules/policies etc which discuss the requirement of employment ...

I do understand that credit history or CCJ may not directly impact application, but do the ECO not consider this as a sign of someone with financially unstable, and may not be able to support the applicant?
