Far too early to hear anything. If you have proof of delivery then your documents are safely with them.

In Turkey every applicant send the documents to Sheffield after their appointment. Their sponsors don't send. That's why I'm worrying and needed to ask about it.

Your guess is correct. The applicant just need to take the print out of the online application form, application & IHS fee receipt, and appointment letter along with his/her passport.
