Thank you for the prompt reply that’s really helpful to know. Also could you please confirm if English Language test proof is provided in previous application, do we need to upload the Proof of English document? I’m assuming that’s not required in this case.

Calculating annual earning pre or post deduction for ILR LR

Hi,

What does annual earnings mean. is it my gross salary or salary after pension and tax deduction. That is whatever I receive in my bank account?
I understand salary isn’t a requirement for LR but I don’t want to give incorrect information.

Home office ref number for ILR LR

Hello,
I’ve started my application for ILR LR. There’s a section which asks to provide HO Ref Number of previous applications which appears as ‘Our Ref’. I am unsure what it means, is it unique application number?

For Long Residence ILR, it is the date of arrival in the UK that counts.

For leave to enter, I was only asked for passport and birth certificate for my kids. For leave to remain, just the passport and the BRP. Did you apply for health care visa?
