Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General

I am on Tier 2 ICT dependent working in Uk below 159000£. My employer will need to have a Restricted CoS or Unrestricted CoS.

Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier-2 general

I am Tier 2 ICT dependent and interested in knowing : for conversion to Tier 2 general do my employer need Restricted CoS or Unrestricted CoS.
