Can you please suggest if change of employment application under an ICT T2 LT is allowed? If that be the case then I can ask my new employer for a new ICT T2 LT itself.

I was issued the ICT Tier 2 LT Visa on 10th January 2018.
I will be offered a salary of 45K GBP by the new employer.
Can you please let me know the possibility of changing employer in my case without serving the cooling off.
