Re: Baby Born to Parents With ILR

Thank you again. Our baby was born in London. So it sounds like given that he was born in the UK, and my husband and I both have ILR, he qualifies

Re: Traveling with expired BRP card with ILR

thank you. on both threads the families seemed to have trouble flying from india back to the uk. however, in my case, we would be flying to American to visit family for a week and then back to the UK (we're American citizens with ILR in the UK) back to the UK. With this in mind, would we be able to ...

Re: Renewing expired Biometric Residence Permit for Child - ILR

We are all due to travel to the States next month to visit family during my son's half-term - if we don't receive his BRP card in time for the trip, can we safely travel without it? Since we all have indefinite leave to remain, would we have an issue getting back through UK customs without my son's ...

Re: Renewing expired Biometric Residence Permit for Child - ILR

And we are also planning to travel back to the States to visit family next month (12th Feb.) If we make an appointment to submit our application via the traditional method (rather than paying £900 for the rush premier service) would we receive his materials and biometric card back in time to travel?

Re: Renewing expired Biometric Residence Permit for Child - ILR

Thank you, this is really helpful. Under the declaration section it reads: "Will you provide a declaration signed by you to confirm your consent for the Home Office to request verification checks" However, my son is 6 years old and as a result not able to do this. However, there does not seem to be ...
