Re: UK Spouse Visa English language Requirement

It seems that the requirement is to provide specific NARIC evidence, that the degree was taught in English at or above the required (except if it was taken in the countries listed, which it wasn't).

Sorry but I am not the best person to provide options for your next steps.

Re: UK Spouse Visa English language Requirement

Unfortunately I believe that you will have a problem. The list of countries that I was referring to, does not include Pakistan. You needed to provide the other NARIC document. This was the list from FM-SE "32. If the qualification was taken in one of the following countries, it will be assumed for ...

Re: Doing FLR(M) online application: Please help with some questions

Depends on your circumstances. If your initial visa was for entry clearance and now you are applying for first FLR(M). I would suggest that the answer is, for example: First Extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or...) Zeppi PS I am not an expert so do not rely ...

Re: DOES PREMIUM SERVICE STILL EXIST?

For FLR(M), I had the options:

Standard, Priority (10 day decision?) and Super Priority (24 hours or 24 Working hours - not sure)

Online application.

The word 'Premium' now only refers to London 'Premium' Lounge
