Two of my elder brothers are British nationals from the last 15 years that's why she got FLR FP.

Yes, she came here on a visit visa and then we applied for her FLR FP because her medical condition got deteriorated.

Finally, in order to get my refund back, I emailed Public.Enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk I explained the whole situation with my Case ID numbers.
