Thanks to all for your help. Our FLR M was granted yesterday morning. We received an email from the home office saying this was granted and a new BRP and decision letter will be with you in due course. It is a company leased car that I can drive in my personal time also. I have not paid any money towards or it leased it myself. But as it's a benefit it has an affect on my tax code. Gloss salary is still well over £18,600

Oh I was not aware we could submit the financial requirements just based on her income if I am the sponsor? if that's the case, then worst case scenario if anything happens with my employment we would need to do that if that is acceptable. Thank you

Thank you for the response, so we wouldn't be penalised if we applied for extension after 30 months aslong as it's before the expiry of the 33 month visa currently granted?
