Cash Savings for ILR

Hi all, My wife was initially granted spouse visa in Feb 2022, she arrived in UK and have once already extended her visa in November 2024. She will be eligible for ILR next year May 2027. I would like to ask what is the cash savings requirement for ILR? I have seen conflicting information, some say ...

Re: No more BRP issued after 31st Oct

Hi @friendankit7

Did you have to re register after ILR for Evisa or you logged in to your previous one (old brp) and it shows updated status?

Thanks

Re: Spouse Visa Extension- Declaration missed

Thanks Amazonian,

Lets hope that.

Also its been full working week since attended the appointment. TLS contact website still says appointment attended and application still not transferred to UKVI.

I have contacted TLS already but as usual no response.

Re: Spouse Visa Extension- Declaration missed

Can anyone please help?

Is there anyway to send the declaration now to UKVI? Appreciate if anyone else has had similar experience and from what I would have that this would not be uncommon?

Thank you

It doesn't matter.

The date of application is the date you submit and pay online and NOT the appointment date.
???
Sure I get it, Thanks for your input as always

Re: TSLcontact Appointments

Did you confirm the appointment first and then changed it to different date? Is this even possible once you have selected the date?

Any tips on how to get the earlier appointment?

Thanks

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

I mean date of appointment is after the expiry of the visa, maybe i am overthinking, it would be just ideal to have it done within the visa expiry date

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

Thanks CR001, Turns out no appointment available until 19th November from TLS contact as expected. I am just worried this may not work in favour as not in my control despite paying and submitting application 20 days before it expires. Also no appointments available nearby locations, I have already ...

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

Thanks CR001

Bummer!

What if i am not able to get the appointment before my wife's current visa expires?

I heard service is moved to TLS contact now which is absolute nightmare to book from past experience.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

Great thanks Koreckt.

Also, can someone please confirm that there will need to be biometrics appointment for spouse visa extension application within UK?

Or just need to upload all the documents online and pay all the appropriate fee?

Thanks

Re: Spouse Visa exact date

Thank you Amazonian, As always really appreciate your time. Ok so as I understand, 30 months since the day of arrival in UK (10th April 2022) so any day from 12/09/2024 i should submit the application, and should disregarded the expiry date on BRP which is 08-11-2024, (difference of almost two ...

Re: Spouse Visa exact date

Thanks Ticktack, So the fact she arrived on 10th April 2022, I should not count that date + 30 months that would be up on 10/10/2024 and if I was to apply 28 days earlier then this should be around 12/09/2024 , and just apply before her leave expires as per BRP? i.e Just conflicting as two dates are ...

Greetings All, My wife is already in UK on spouse visa, she arrived on 10th April 2022, on her BRP it says date of issue 07-02-2022 and Valid until 08-11-24, Question is when does she need to apply for extension exactly? I am assuming 28 days before 08-11-24? is this correct? Or do i need to ...
