They are not applying for ILR. It is only 2 year extension he is seeking (Further Leave to Remain). So my question is that does a TFL conviction effects visa extension (FLR) ? Please guide. Thanks

I am requesting this help for a friend whose FLR is due in December 2019. He has a conviction for TFL fare evasion acquired in Feb 2019 under Railway Act. This is probably recordable and probably spent in 2 years. Will this effect his FLR application ? Is there English test requirement for FLR ...
