Thank you! I did think it’s a bit overkill as all our conversations are by What’s App - including calls so I could only provide that via screenshots... And show his side if necessary to prove calls were to that number.

Advice needed

Person A entered into Ireland in 2015, via Ferry, no passport shown (no entry stamp) only driving license shown. Person A left U.K. before Tier 4 expired. Between 2015-2016, this person was building a file for application as an extended family member. An expired passport was submitted as Pakistani ...

Also - should Person A return to home country, will any future spouse visa application into the U.K. be negatively affected - note a full declaration will be made

I’ll keep this very simple.
