HSMP Judicial Review Win

What happens to those who have won their cases in the AIT and are now in the new category DLR (Discretionary Leave to Remain)? Can they change back to HSMP status?

No You are held hostage in the uK Of course you can leave But you have not been here under the protection act and you are not an asylum seeker. The Discretionary Leave is allowed with stamp in your passport so that you have the rights to travel, but just wanted to make sure about the home country ...

Travel Abroad under Discretionary Leave to Remain

Can a person who has been granted Discretionary Leave to Remain after winning the HSMP appeal in the AIT travel to his/her Home Country?

After going through the AIT wesbite and the cases won posted on the HSMP forum, I realised that even after the favourable decision for the appeal for the HSMP extension, the Home Office can still appeal back showing that there has been an "error in the law". Of course after you win once in the AIT ...
