Re: CSI and Presettled status

We are in the same position. I posted the same question well after yours but got no answer. I can't find definitive info anywhere. Have you had any luck?

Biometrics

My wife is Argentinian, she holds a UK Residence Card ( Biometric) having entered the UK using Surinder Singh rules in Dec 2017. I'm reading lots of info about people applying for Settled Status/Pre-settled status and going for Biometrics. Will this be her case or is it enough to have such a card ...

Re: CSI and Surinder Singh Settled Status

Apologies but I should have mentioned that she needed CSI in the first instance because we came on the basis of self-sufficiency ( pension income for me, aged 66). That's still my only income but she has been working for the past 7 months.

CSI and Surinder Singh Settled Status

We are in the process of completing an application for pre-settled status ( paper application for SS route). In order for my wife to get the UK residence card, it was necessary for her to have CSI. I know there has been plenty of debate about this requirement but we just took the course of least ...

Re: Surinder Singh Settled Status Paper Application:

Hello everyone. Today I received my application form, I had a quick glance and looks like you don’t need to show the center of life again if you aready have registration certificate, residence card or permanent residency. It also looks like the evidence you need to submit is very little, in my case ...

Re: EU Pre-settlement applications

I've had an updated reply from Your Europe who have said that because we are applying to the Settlement Scheme less than a year after receiving the UKRC, then my wife will not have to answer the same questions again. They confirm that it will be a paper application and they have also confirmed that ...

EU Pre-settlement applications

I am a non-EU citizen, married to a UK citizen We did the Surinder Singh route in Spain and returned to the UK in December 2017. I received my UKRC ( Family Member, EU Residence ) in August 2018. I am unclear what happens next. I thought all I needed to do was to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme ...
