That's great! I'm from NZ, so should meet the A1 requirement by default and she's above financial threshold.

So there isn't any restriction on my current visa needing to be close to expiring prior to me applying to change to the spousal?

She's a British Citizen. We've got a tenancy agreement from May 2017, a joint account with rent payments coming out of it, we also purchased a house together about a year ago, so have utility bills to the same address, both names on the title deed etc.
