He also said I could have applied with the unpaid leave as it really depends on whether the case worker applies the rules strictly or not so it depends on whether you want to take the risk It may only work if the monthly income is varying despite being a salaried person e.g by undertaking overtime ...

I was in a similar situation, I was on salaried income but I took a month of unpaid leave. My solicitor advised that I wait 6 months before applying. He also said I could have applied with the unpaid leave as it really depends on whether the case worker applies the rules strictly or not so it ...

I’d suggest you go early in the morning as they are really busy. I got there at 8.30am and there was a queue of around 30 people lining up. As you walk in, tell them you want to scan and they’ll give you a ticket. You take a seat in the waiting area and when they call your number, you hand over you ...

You only need copies .. I didn’t have a copy of the ielts but the guy scanned it anyways. I’d suggest taking all the originals and copies but ony handing over the originals. It makes a very big difference. If the time between online application and biometrics is quite large like mine, then clearly I won’t get a decision as quickly as someone who applied online on the same day but had their biometrics the next day With you they have asked for additional documents haven't ...
