Re: Foreign Birth Registration

Update! Logged into the passport tracker on the 31st, it said my passport was being printed. Logged in early this morning, it's been dispatched! I only sent my application on October 15th so that is lighting fast processing time and well before their estimate of November 28th. Very impressive! I ...

Re: Foreign Birth Registration

Thanks Luke125SWalker, that is reassuring. Hopefully once it shows on the tracker it will be a quick process. I will keep checking it and give it until the end of next week. Just wanted to mention that mine showed up in the tracker on 19/09/2019 (estimated dispatch 31/10/2019). It was printed and ...

Great to see people are getting their certificates - congrats to all. Well it is now a week and one day since I took my passport application to the embassy and it is still not showing on the tracker. Has anyone else had it take some time to show on the system? I am thinking perhaps give it until ...

Re: Foreign Birth Registration

I got my estimated passport issue date from the tracker and it's saying, 28/11/19. Can anyone who has received their passport let me know how long it took them to get it in hand after the date of issue? I know you're not meant to book your flight until you have it, but I was kind of hoping to book ...

Re: Foreign Birth Registration

Re: Foreign Birth Registration

"It usually takes longer to even show up in the tracker. I applied on July 5, waited 4 weeks to Show in tracker, expected issue date is Oct 10" The Embassy website does also say a month before it can be tracked now that I look. One thing I found reassuring is that the lady who received the ...

Re: Foreign Birth Registration

Applied for my Passport today. I was told that I would be able to track it in about 3 weeks. Being able to track this is so much more reassuring than the unknown waiting of the FBR process.
