I have been trying student visa option for her but they are quite expensive since its a international student fee.

My child was born in India and he will be 7 in Nov 2019.

Not yet , she is HR by her experience and qualification . HR function doesn't provide any major opportunities for Tier 2 General ( since she is currently on Dependent visa).
