Spouse visa alternatives

After being rejected from a UK spouse visa what are the alternatives for a married couple? If they had a legal/civil marriage in a country the UK recognises.

I'm sure under an article under the human rights laws you can apply as husband and wife have the right to live together in either country.

Visa Applications

I understand with most visas when they are due to expire they required to be submitted 3-6 months in advance to give way to waiting times until visa expires.

What happens if you submit your visa late are the home office understanding? Is it even accepted?

Re: Reporting Someone Before/After Application

Slightly ironic that the OP wants to report someone potentially submitting a fraudulent application, having themselves admitted to getting away with obtaining a visa in the past with false information. It's ironic we live in a fraud with child stealing by social services and kidnapping ...

Re: Reporting Someone Before/After Application

I have nothing to hide I have a UK passport and was born in the UK. We all know people don't tell the truth in their application form and make stuff up in order to get the visa approved. I done it myself regarding employment dates and they never done checks and got the visa. This was 10 years ago ...

Re: Reporting Someone Before/After Application

If you report before an application is made how will the home office know about mr x or so as its not on the database of applications?

Will the home office create a file on the computer and then link it when the application is made or as I guess they will bin it as no application has been made?

Reporting Someone Before/After Application

Hi,

Are you able to report someone abusing the immigration system before they make an application?

Or is it only after someone has gained an illegal visa based on false documents and information?

or can you do both?
